Job summary

Security Industry Specialists, Inc. is seeking a Recruiter to support multiple clients across regions with full-cycle recruiting expertise. You will partner with hiring managers to forecast staffing needs and ensure candidates are evaluated on the right criteria.

The role requires a law enforcement background, a bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience, 2+ years of high-volume recruitment, and comfort with ATS/CRM tools. Domestic travel up to 20% and flexible shifts are expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent years of relevant experience.
• Two plus years of high volume corporate or agency recruitment experience.
• Proficiency in PC and iOS systems and software.
• Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems or CRM systems such as Salesforce, UltiPro.

Responsibilities

• Manage full cycle recruiting to meet staffing goals for various stakeholders.
• Partner with hiring managers to forecast staffing plans and assess candidates.
• Maintain applicant and interview data in ATS and supporting systems.
• Develop initiatives for recruiting diverse talent.
• Create and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates.

Education

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Human Resources, or similar or equivalent year of relevant experience
