Job summary

Security Industry Specialists in Miami, FL is seeking a Recruiter to deliver full-cycle recruiting for multiple clients in the region. You will partner with hiring managers to forecast staffing needs and ensure candidates are evaluated on the proper criteria.

The Recruiter reports to the Manager and/or Senior Manager of Talent Acquisition. You will maintain applicant data in the ATS, develop strategic initiatives for recruiting diverse talent, and build a pipeline for open positions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, HR or equivalent experience.
• 2+ years of high-volume corporate or agency recruitment experience.
• Experience with ATS and CRM systems such as SalesForce or UltiPro.
• Must be able to travel domestically up to 20% and work flexible shifts.

Responsibilities

• Manage full cycle recruiting to meet staffing goals across organizations.
• Partner with hiring managers to forecast staffing needs and assess candidates.
• Maintain applicant data in ATS and related systems.
• Develop and implement diverse talent recruitment initiatives.
• Create and maintain a candidate pipeline for open roles.
• Perform other related duties as required.
