Job summary

Skydio is seeking a driven, customer-facing Program Manager to lead all aspects of implementation and delivery for Law Enforcement customers, including engagement with Chicago Police Department. Qualifications

• Experience as a customer-facing professional services / program manager for law enforcement.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; able to interact with senior leaders.
• Proven track record delivering technology through agile development with technical teams.
• Experience managing large-scale Law Enforcement aerospace projects (hardware/software).

Responsibilities

• Lead and drive all aspects of implementation and delivery for law enforcement customers.
• Plan end-to-end deployment and integration of Skydio platform.
• Translate customer requirements to agile product and technical teams.
• Manage risks, budget, schedule, and performance improvements.
• Coordinate with Engineering, Product, Marketing and Support teams.
