Job summary

Skydio is seeking a driven, customer-facing Program Manager to lead all aspects of implementation and delivery for our Law Enforcement customers, including Chicago Police Department engagements.

You will join the Mission Success team as the primary liaison, coordinating with product, engineering, and security stakeholders to plan, execute, and optimize deployments while managing risks, budgets, and schedules in a fast-paced government-facing environment.

Qualifications

• Experience as a customer-facing professional services / program manager, or in a similar high-tier complex role for law enforcement.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, with senior leaders; strong project management discipline.
• Proven track record delivering new technology, agile development, and coordinating with technical teams to meet schedules.
• Experience implementing internal business systems and controls for large-scale law enforcement projects.
• Experience with Law Enforcement and commercial Unmanned Aircraft Systems software development.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end implementation and delivery for law enforcement customers.
• Plan and execute deployment, integration, and go-live activities with cost, schedule and technical constraints.
• Translate customer requirements to product/engineering teams to drive delivery.
• Build relationships with law enforcement customers and coordinate cross-functional plans.
• Monitor contract risks and opportunities to ensure coordinated product delivery.
