Job summary

Skydio is seeking a driven, customer-facing Program Manager to lead and deliver for our Law Enforcement customers in Chicago. You will join the Mission Success team as the liaison with the Chicago Police Department, overseeing project planning, execution, risk management, budget, and scheduling.

This role requires quickly learning technical concepts, translating requirements to agile engineering teams, and building relationships with law enforcement stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Experience as a customer-facing professional services / program manager, preferably for law enforcement agencies.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with senior leaders and project management expertise.
• Proven track record delivering new technology and agile development with technical teams.
• Experience building internal systems and controls for large law enforcement projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead and deliver all aspects of implementation and delivery for law enforcement customers.
• Plan end-to-end project deployment, manage cost, schedule, and technical requirements.
• Translate customer requirements to agile product and engineering teams.
• Build relationships with law enforcement stakeholders and coordinate with Skydio teams.
