Job summary

Skydio is seeking a driven customer-facing Program Manager to lead and drive all aspects of implementation and delivery for our Law Enforcement customers, including the Chicago Police Department. You will join our Mission Success team and serve as the customer liaison, overseeing project planning, technical execution, risk management, budgets, and scheduling.

The role requires learning technical concepts quickly and engaging with high-level officials. Location is Chicago (firm requirement).

Qualifications

• Experience as a customer-facing services or program manager.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, including interaction with senior leaders.
• Proven ability to implement new technology and agile development.
• Experience with large-scale law enforcement projects and complex programs.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end deployment and delivery for law enforcement customers.
• Manage project plans, schedules, budgets, and risk.
• Translate customer requirements to engineering and product teams.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet milestones.
