Job summary

Skydio is seeking a driven customer facing Program Manager to lead implementation and delivery for Law Enforcement customers, including LAPD engagements. You will own planning, risk management, budgeting, and coordination with engineering, product, and support teams in a fast-paced environment.

Location: Los Angeles, CA. FAA Part 107 certification within 60 days is encouraged. Strong communication and senior stakeholder management are essential to success in this role.

Qualifications

• Customer-facing professional services experience, preferably with law enforcement agencies.
• Strong communication skills, with experience presenting to senior leaders.
• Proven track record delivering technology projects with agile methods.
• Experience in large-scale government or law enforcement programs.
• FAA Part 107 certification within the first 60 days of employment is encouraged.

Responsibilities

• Lead implementation and delivery for Law Enforcement customers, including planning and risk management.
• Coordinate with engineering and product teams to meet milestones and budgets.
• Manage contracts, schedules, and program performance for the customer.
• Engage with high-level officials and pilots as needed to ensure success.
