Job summary

Skydio is seeking a driven, customer-facing Program Manager to lead all aspects of implementation for law enforcement contracts in Los Angeles. You will own project planning, technical execution, risk management, and scheduling with cross-functional teams across product, engineering, and marketing.

The role requires deep experience with U.S. law enforcement or military customers, strong communication, and the ability to manage ambiguity in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Customer-facing program management experience, preferably with law enforcement clients.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, including senior leaders.
• Proven ability to translate requirements to technical teams and manage timelines.
• Experience with large, complex projects in government or defense sectors.
• FAA Part 107 certification is encouraged for all Skydio employees where applicable.
• Strong analytical thinker and problem solver.

Responsibilities

• Plan end-to-end deployment and integration activities for platform launches.
• Manage programs against cost, schedule and technical requirements.
• Translate customer requirements to Skydio’s engineering teams to drive delivery.
• Build relationships with law enforcement customers and drive milestones with the team.
• Inform stakeholders about contract risks and opportunities for product delivery.
• Support go-to-market and related business activities as needed.
