Syensqo launches Foundations for the Future, an Industrial Development Program for entry-level Chemical or Mechanical engineers. Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Chemical or Mechanical Engineering; GPA 3.0+ preferred.
- Internship or co-op experience in related environments is valued.
- Fluency in English is mandatory; strong analytical and problem-solving skills required.
Responsibilities
- Perform production performance improvement projects and support engineering teams.
- Analyze and improve current processes; manage reliability and cost improvements.
- Coordinate with purchasing and construction; interface with multiple stakeholders.
- Deliver project engineering deliverables and support safety, quality and capacity goals.
