Job summary

Medely is a high-growth healthcare tech platform offering on-demand workforce solutions. As an Account Executive, New Markets, you will open new territories, build relationships with outpatient facilities, and close net-new business with a true hunter approach.

In this remote role (EST or CST), you will generate your own pipeline through multi-channel outreach, own the full sales cycle from discovery to close, and drive Medely's expansion across new markets with grit and autonomy.

Qualifications

• Minimum 4 years of quota-carrying, full-cycle sales experience.
• Proven ability to create pipeline without SDR/BDR support.
• Experience in healthcare or software/tech preferred.
• BS/BA or equivalent in relevant field.

Responsibilities

• Open entirely new territories and bring Medely's platform to markets with little to no presence.
• Prospect, generate pipeline, and execute multi-channel outreach to break into new accounts.
• Own full sales motion end-to-end from discovery to close in a hunter role.
• Navigate multi-stakeholder cycles with clinical and operational leaders.
