Syneos Health in Buffalo, NY, seeks a Territory Business Manager for Rare Disease to launch a new GI/Hepatology team and lead territory strategy, engaging key physicians and communicating clinical value in a compliant, ethical manner.

The role requires 5+ years pharma sales, GI/Hepatology experience, and a Bachelor’s in Life Sciences along with strong CRM/analytical skills. Travel as needed; base salary $140k–$150k with potential bonuses and full benefits.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences or related field.
• 5+ years of pharmaceutical/biopharmaceutical sales experience.
• 3+ years of GI/Hepatology sales experience/rare disease preferred.
• Proven top-tier sales accomplishments.
• Experience calling on Gastroenterologists/Hepatologists in the territory preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Achieve/exceed DSE MBO and future sales goals in the territory with an integrated plan.
• Establish/professional relationships with targeted physicians to maximize opportunities.
• Navigate a complex matrixed selling environment with cross-functional collaboration.
• Collaborate with FRMs, TLLs, Market Access, Medical, Marketing and Operations teams.
• Identify key influencers and manage designated customer interactions.
• Use data tools and insights to shape strategies and decisions.
