Job summary

Syneos Health is seeking a Pharmaceutical Territory Business Manager for a Rare Disease GI/Hepatology launch. You will drive sales in an assigned geography, develop territory plans, build clinician relationships, and communicate therapeutic value with clinical presentations.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years pharma sales, 3+ years GI/Hepatology, ability to learn complex science, autonomy, CRM and Microsoft Office proficiency, and willingness to travel as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Life Sciences, Business or a related field.
• 5+ years of pharmaceutical/biopharmaceutical sales experience.
• 3+ years of GI/Hepatology sales experience/rare disease preferred.
• Consistent track record of top-tier sales accomplishments.
• Experience calling on Gastroenterologists/Hepatologists in the designated territory geography.
• Experience launching products in a competitive marketplace.
• Ability to learn complex scientific information and apply technical proficiency.
• Must be self-motivated and able to work with a high level of autonomy.
• Strong technical & analytical skills including proficiency with CRM, AI tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
• A valid driver's license and ability to travel as needed.

Responsibilities

• Achieve and/or exceed targeted sales goals within the assigned territory by executing an integrated territory plan.
• Establish and maintain professional relationships with targeted physicians to maximize opportunities.
• Collaborate with cross-functional partners (FRMs, TLLs, Market Access, Medical, Marketing, Operations).
• Identify key influencers and manage interactions with top customers.
• Use data tools and insights to inform business decisions and strategies.
• Plan and organize activities for regular territory coverage and travel.
