Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 5+ years of experience in supply chain, purchasing, program/project management or related field.
• Experience supporting or managing projects, programs, product launches, marketing initiatives, or cross-functional work.

Responsibilities

• Manage launches from planning through post-launch review.
• Define objectives, scope, milestones, ownership, and success measures with stakeholders.
• Build and maintain project plans, schedules, and status reports.
• Coordinate cross-functional partners and track risks and dependencies.
• Facilitate launch-readiness discussions and capture decisions.
• Communicate updates and escalate barriers when needed.
• Support post-launch reviews and document lessons learned.
• Adapt practices to project size and needs.
