P3 USA is seeking a proactive Launch Manager to drive automotive projects and plant launches from concept to production. You will bridge project teams and plant management, coordinating launch activities, equipment installation, and process readiness for a timely start of production.
The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor's or Master's in engineering with several years in automotive launches, plus APQP, JIS/JIT, and cross‑functional coordination experience.
Formación
- Bachelor's or Master's in Engineering required.
- Several years in automotive launches or manufacturing environments preferred.
- Strong communication in English and ability to coordinate across functions.
Responsabilidades
- Support launch activities for new projects and plant launches, linking project org and plant management.
- Coordinate installation and integration of assembly processes and production equipment.
- Oversee construction and industrialization activities for greenfield and brownfield launches.
- Coordinate APQP processes and align project requirements with plant capabilities.
- Lead prototype and pre-series assembly activities with focus on technical execution and project needs.
- Monitor launch activities, identify risks, and drive timely issue resolution with stakeholders.
- Serve as main contact for local customers and support production meetings and discussions.
- Participate in cross-functional project meetings to ensure alignment across teams.
