Ford Motor Company is seeking a New Model Program Engineer to lead the launch of vehicle and powertrain programs in North America. You will manage programs, coordinate cross-functional teams, and ensure timely delivery within budget and schedule.

This is a high-responsibility role requiring frequent travel and strong communication with senior leadership. You will drive pre-production builds, manage fleet and change processes, and report on risk and status, while supporting seamless plant

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field.
• 4+ years using Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Microsoft Project.
• 2+ years solving problems with data-driven methods.
• 1+ years in Powertrain/Vehicle Operations, design, or program management.

Responsibilities

• Program governance and adherence to launch processes.
• Pre-production build management.
• Vehicle fleet management for pre-production.
• Design change oversight for product development.
• Issue resolution leadership across cross-functional teams.
• Budget execution within the New Model Programs.
• Weekly status reporting on launch performance.
• Senior management communication on status & risks.
• Co-chair launch meetings and drive issue resolution.
