• Bachelor’s degree in a technical or related field; equivalent experience considered.
• 6+ years in healthcare program/project management.
• Experience managing multi-stakeholder programs with tight timelines.
• Knowledge of ambulatory EHR environments and data exchange.
• Proficiency with tracking tools: Monday.com, Jira, Salesforce, Tableau.
• Willingness to travel 10–25% to partner practices and HQ.

Responsibilities

• Launch program management from definition to close-out with milestones and owners.
• Define and monitor KPIs; analyze data to surface risks and opportunities.
• Align cross-functional teams and communicate business rationale to leaders.
