Job summary

Aledade seeks a Medical Director to develop and sustain relationships and influence clinical strategies across value-based care programs. You will implement programs and technologies, drive clinical outcomes, and align with national strategy leadership to optimize shared savings across hospital and health system contracts.

The role emphasizes collaboration with executives and clinicians, program execution, and thought leadership to move the needle on patient outcomes while reducing costs.

Qualifications

• MD or DO degree with residency in family medicine or internal medicine.
• 2+ years of direct clinical patient care experience with consideration for quality improvement and cost containment.
• 5+ years partnering with hospitals/health systems as a medical director or clinical strategy lead.
• Board certification in their specialty (ABFM, etc).
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines within market portfolios.
• Ability to bridge high-level strategy to tactical execution.

Responsibilities

• Lead and drive clinical outcomes across contracts within your portfolio.
• Coordinate with national strategy leadership on performance drivers of shared savings.
• Deploy resources to drive successful clinical outcomes across your portfolio.
• Serve as a national Clinical Champion for value-based care initiatives.
• Represent the clinical voice on strategic workgroups and committees.
