Aledade PBC is seeking a program launch lead to drive cross-functional launches within our healthcare product ecosystem. You will coordinate scope, milestones, dependencies, and owners to ensure timely delivery from definition through close-out.

You will define KPIs, analyze program data, and proactively identify risks to drive transparent reporting and actionable recommendations for leadership and teams across Product, Implementation, Field, Sales, and Support.

Responsabilidades

• Lead assigned launch workstreams from definition to close-out, including scope, milestones, dependencies, and owners, ensuring timelines are met.
• Define and monitor KPIs, analyze program data, and proactively identify risks and roadblocks to maintain transparency and drive actionable recommendations.
• Align Product, Implementation, Field, Sales, and Support teams on shared launch priorities and articulate the business case behind initiatives.
