Job summary

Aledade PBC is seeking a Vice President, Payer Engagement to lead post-contract payer partnerships and executive health plan relationships. This remote-friendly role focuses on strategy, governance, and cross-functional alignment to optimize value-based care outcomes for practices, payers, and Aledade.

The ideal candidate brings 15+ years in healthcare leadership, 10+ years in health plans, and a track record of collaborative, result-driven leadership in a fast-paced, mission-driven environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 15+ years of progressive healthcare leadership experience across strategy, business development, consulting and finance.
• 10+ years in a health plan environment with Medicare Advantage fundamentals, performance, bids, networks and interoperability.

Responsibilities

• Build and sustain relationships with health plan leaders to drive mutual success and align on strategic goals.
• Lead governance structures and present value propositions while executing joint clinical, operational, and data-interoperability strategies.
• Collaborate with Clinical, Analytics, Product, Health Plan Performance and Policy teams to align plans with our practices and navigate CMS trends.
• Build and direct a high-performing team, mentor staff, and align resources to achieve objectives.
• Translate organizational goals into actionable targets, coach employees, and manage performance.
• Oversee cross-functional leadership alignment and remove roadblocks.
