Job summary

Aledade PBC is seeking a Program Manager (Launch) to lead onboarding workstreams for partner practices. The role focuses on structured execution, milestone tracking, and data-driven governance to ensure timely progress across Sales, Field, Implementation, and Product teams.

The ideal candidate will design operational frameworks, monitor KPIs, proactively mitigate risks, and drive AI-enabled optimization of reporting and processes in a dynamic value-based care environment.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in a technical or relevant field.
6+ years of healthcare program management or related experience.
Demonstrated track record of managing multi-stakeholder programs with tight timelines.
Working knowledge of ambulatory EHR environments and data exchange impacts.
Proficiency with program tracking tools (e.g., Monday.com, Jira, Salesforce, Tableau).
Willingness and ability to travel 10–25% to partner practices and HQ.

Responsibilities

Launch Program Management: plan and manage launch workstreams from definition through close-out, including scope, milestones, dependencies, and owners.
Goal Measurement & Analytics: define and monitor KPIs and surface opportunities from data.
Stakeholder Management: align cross-functional teams and ensure clear handoffs.
AI-Enabled Operations: leverage automation to streamline reporting and create reusable templates.
Coaching & Thought Partnership: support Implementation team and translate concepts for guidance.
