Job summary

Syneos Health/ inVentiv Health Commercial LLC is seeking a Territory Business Manager to lead sales in a GI/Hepatology focused region. You will develop and execute territory plans, build relationships with physicians, and drive pull-through with clinically framed presentations.

The role requires 5+ years of pharma sales, GI/Hepatology experience preferred, and ability to travel. You will operate in a compliant, results-oriented, entrepreneurial environment within a dynamic, cross-functional team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, Business or related field.
• 5+ years of pharmaceutical/biopharmaceutical sales experience.
• 3+ years of GI/Hepatology sales experience or rare disease preferred.
• Consistent track record of documented top-tier sales accomplishments.
• Experience calling on Gastroenterologists/Hepatologists in the designated territory geography preferred.
• Willingness to travel as needed.

Responsibilities

• Achieve and/or exceed targeted DSE MBO and future sales goals in an assigned territory by developing, implementing and executing an integrated territory business plan encompassing key customers and accounts with the goal of maximizing sales.
• Establish and maintain professional relationships with targeted physicians to maximize new business opportunities.
• Achieve success in a complex, matrixed selling environment in which the need for collaboration and cross-functional discipline is critical.
• Cross-functional partners may consist of FRMs, TLLs, Market Access, Medical, Marketing and Operations colleagues.
• Identify key influencers and achieve designated customer interaction expectations with a focus on top target customers.
• Use data tools and insights, and other informational sources such as next best action, to determine strategies and tactics for business decision-making.
