Job summary

Syneos Health is launching a brand new rare disease GI/Hepatology team and seeking a Territory Business Manager to drive pull-through and strategic territory plans in the United States. You will develop customer relationships, deliver clinically focused presentations, and collaborate with cross-functional partners to meet ambitious sales goals.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in pharmaceutical/biopharma sales, including GI/Hepatology, and a proven track record of top-tier results.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Life Sciences, Business or a related field required.
• 5+ years of pharmaceutical/biopharmaceutical sales experience.
• 3+ years of GI/Hepatology sales experience/rare disease preferred.
• Proven top-tier sales accomplishments.
• Experience calling on Gastroenterologists/Hepatologists in the designated territory preferred.

Responsibilities

• Achieve/exceed sales goals in assigned territory with an integrated territory plan.
• Establish and maintain professional relationships with targeted physicians.
• Navigate a complex, matrixed selling environment through cross-functional collaboration.
• Identify key influencers and meet interaction expectations with top customers.
• Use data tools and insights to inform strategy and decision-making.
• Present effectively to groups and communicate therapeutic value.
