Job summary

Syneos Health, Inc. is launching a dedicated Rare Disease GI/Hepatology team and seeking a Territory Business Manager to drive sales within a defined geography.

The TBM will develop and execute territory strategies, build clinician relationships, and deliver clinically focused presentations that communicate therapeutic value. The ideal candidate will have 5+ years in pharmaceutical sales, experience with GI/Hepatology or rare diseases, and strong analytical skills to guide territory plans.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Life Sciences, Business or a related field.
• 5+ years of pharmaceutical/biopharmaceutical sales experience.
• 3+ years of GI/Hepatology sales experience or rare disease preferred.
• Demonstrated ability to learn complex scientific information and communicate effectively.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to travel as needed.

Responsibilities

• Achieve and/or exceed sales goals within an assigned territory by executing an integrated territory business plan.
• Establish and maintain professional relationships with targeted physicians to maximize opportunities.
• Operate in a complex matrixed selling environment requiring cross-functional collaboration.
• Coordinate with FRMs, TLLs, Market Access, Medical, Marketing and Operations teams.
• Use data tools and insights to determine strategies and drive business decisions.
