Job summary

Syneos Health is launching a new rare disease GI/Hepatology team. The Territory Business Manager (TBM) drives sales in an assigned geography with compliant, ethical practices and high-impact clinical presentations. You will develop territory plans, analyze data, and build cross-functional partnerships to maximize opportunities.

The ideal candidate has 7+ years pharma sales with GI/Hepatology experience, strong communication, autonomy, and the ability to travel as needed to meet targets.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, Business or related field.
• 7+ years pharmaceutical/biopharmaceutical sales experience.
• 3+ years GI/Hepatology sales experience preferred.
• Experience launching products in a competitive market.
• Ability to learn complex scientific information and communicate clearly.
• Must be self-motivated with high autonomy and independence.
• Strong technical and analytical skills with CRM and AI proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Achieve or exceed sales goals in an assigned territory.
• Develop and execute integrated territory business plans.
• Establish professional relationships with targeted physicians.
• Collaborate with cross-functional partners across departments.
• Use data sources to shape strategies and tactics for decisions.
