Syneos Health is launching a new rare disease GI/Hepatology team. The Territory Business Manager (TBM) will drive sales in an assigned geography, building and executing strategic plans with cross-functional partners to maximize pull-through and meet goals.

The TBM will communicate therapeutic value through high-impact presentations, analyze regional data, and maintain compliant, autonomous execution in a fast-paced, matrix environment. Travel and self-motivation are essential to success.

Formación

• Requires ability to learn complex scientific information and communicate effectively.
• Strong analytical and data-driven selling skills.
• Proficiency with CRM systems and using AI tools for decision making.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.

• Achieve or exceed sales goals in assigned territory by executing a territory plan.
• Establish and maintain relationships with physicians to grow new business opportunities.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support brand objectives and patient access.
• Utilize data tools and next best action insights to guide business decisions.
• Plan activities to ensure regular territory coverage and manage the budget.
