Telecare Corporation is seeking a Start-Up Project Administrator to coordinate development of new business opportunities in line with corporate plans. You will lead clinical program development, build program teams, and conduct orientations for new programs.

Key duties include site reviews, policy development with Operations and Quality Management, and temporary leadership for new projects. Expect driving to trainings and offsite meetings; several shifts and full-time hours are available.

Qualifikationen

• Requires California licensure (LCSW/LMFT/PsyD) and 4 years in admin management in behavioral health; or RN with 7 years in admin management.
• Significant travel.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Post-offer screenings and background checks may apply, including driver license and auto insurance if driving is required.

Aufgaben

• Lead development of new programs and coordinate site reviews.
• Recruit and hire staff for new programs; plan and implement programs.
• Submit credentialing/licensing documents as required in coordination with regulatory agencies.
• Coordinate community relations and tasks with agencies; inform site planning and renovations.
• Schedule orientation and training; train new Administrators; serve as temporary Administrator when needed.
• Represent Telecare in professional associations to promote Telecare programs.
