Qualifications

• Master's in Social Services with state license is required.
• Four years of administrative management experience in health care, with two years in a substance use treatment program.
• Two years supervising professional staff, budgeting, program planning, and licensing.
• Understanding of community mental health and substance use services and recovery philosophy.
• Must be at least 21 years old and CPR/First Aid/CPI certified by start date.

Responsibilities

• Oversee clinical and financial success of the program and lead day-to-day operations.
• Manage the team delivering patient care and coordinate business operations across the 4 Pillars: Clinical Quality, Workforce Engagement, Customer Satisfaction, and Financial Security.
• Collaborate with corporate functions, consultants, and external agencies to ensure compliance and program goals.
• Participate in a structured on-call rotation and respond to needs within designated timeframes.
• Ensure adherence to driving requirements if applicable, including licensure and insurance.
