Job summary

Telecare Corporation seeks an Administrator to drive clinical and financial success for a behavioral health program in Oakland. You will lead the care team and manage program operations, ensuring smooth day-to-day performance across four pillars: clinical quality, workforce engagement, customer satisfaction, and financial security.

You will collaborate with telecare corporate functions and external partners, participate in an on-call rotation, and uphold regulatory and safety standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Social Services or Public Health is preferred.
• 4 years of administrative management experience in health care.
• 2 years supervising professional staff, budgeting, program planning, licensing.
• Experience with Joint Commission required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and lead the patient care team and program operations.
