Job summary

Telecare Corporation seeks an Administrator to lead a California behavioral health program in Bakersfield, overseeing clinical and financial success and guiding a team delivering patient care. The role covers day-to-day operations and multi-site coordination with external agencies and partners.

Responsibilities include managing the four pillars of performance, on-call responsiveness, and ensuring compliance with licensing and safety standards.

Qualifications

• Must have a Master’s in Social Services and a valid CA Clinical License.
• Four (4) years of experience in an administrative management position in a health care setting.
• Two (2) years of supervision of professional staff, budgeting, program planning, and licensing.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations of the Program and lead patient care teams.
• Drive success in Clinical Quality, Workforce Engagement, Customer Satisfaction, and Financial Security.
• Collaborate with corporate functions, agencies, partners, and consumer groups.
• Participate in a structured on-call rotation and respond to needs as required.
