Job summary

Telecare Corporation is seeking an Administrator to drive clinical and financial success of a Behavioral Health Program in Oakland. You will lead the care team and manage day-to-day operations across four pillars: Clinical Quality, Workforce Engagement, Customer Satisfaction, and Financial Security.

The role requires on-call responsiveness, collaboration with state and community partners, and oversight of program governance.

Qualifications

• Masters in Social Services with a state license.
• Four years of experience in an administrative management position in a health care setting.
• Two years of supervision of professional staff, budgeting, program planning, and licensing.
• Understanding of community mental health services, psychiatric rehabilitation concepts, and the recovery philosophy.
• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• CPR, First Aid, and CPI certified (hands-on course) on date of employment and maintain certification.
• All post-offer prerequisites including physical examination, TB test, background clearances, and driver requirements if applicable.
• Valid driver's license and personal vehicle insurance with you listed as a driver.
• Willingness to use your personal vehicle for meetings with IRS mileage reimbursement.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and lead the program's clinical and business operations.
• Manage day-to-day operations across Clinical Quality, Workforce Engagement, Customer Satisfaction, and Financial Security.
• Collaborate with corporate functions, consultants, and external partners.
• Participate in a structured on-call rotation and respond to work-related needs within protocols.
• Engage with State/County agencies, community partners, and consumer groups.
