Telecare Corporation is seeking an Administrator to lead a new startup program in Perris, CA, ensuring clinical quality, workforce engagement, customer satisfaction, and financial security. You will supervise staff, manage day-to-day operations, and collaborate with corporate and external partners while participating in an on-call rotation.

The role requires a Master's in Social Services with a state license, 4 years of admin management experience in health care, and CPR/First Aid/CPI

Qualifications

• Masters in Social Services with a state license.
• Four (4) years of experience in an administrative management position in a health care setting.
• Two (2) years of responsibility for supervision of professional staff, budgeting, program planning, and licensing.
• Understanding of community mental health services, psychiatric rehabilitation concepts, and the recovery philosophy.
• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Must be CPR, First Aid, and CPI certified on date of employment or prior to providing direct client care and maintain current certification throughout employment.
• All opportunities at Telecare are contingent upon successful completion and receipt of acceptable results of the applicable post-offer physical examination, 2-step PPD test for tuberculosis, acceptable criminal background clearances, excluded party sanctions, and degree or license verification.
• If the position requires driving, valid driver license, a motor vehicle clearance, and proof of auto insurance is required at time of employment and must be maintained throughout employment.

Responsabilités

• Collaborate with corporate functions, consultants, and external agencies.
• Participate in a structured on-call rotation and respond to work-related needs within a designated timeframe.
