Job summary

Telecare Corporation seeks an Administrator to drive the clinical and financial success of a behavioral health program in Perris, CA. You will lead the care team and oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring four pillars of performance: Clinical Quality, Workforce Engagement, Customer Satisfaction, and Financial Security.

The role includes collaboration with corporate functions, agencies, and community partners, plus scheduled on-call rotations to respond to needs in a timely manner.

Qualifications

• Masters in Social Services with a state license.
• Four years of administrative management experience in a health care setting.
• Two years supervising professional staff, budgeting, program planning, and licensing.
• Understanding of community mental health services, psychiatric rehabilitation concepts, and the recovery philosophy.
• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Must be CPR, First Aid, and CPI certified.
• Post-offer physical, TB test, background clearances, and other regulatory checks required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations of the Program and lead the team delivering patient care and business operations.
• Drive Clinical Quality, Workforce Engagement, Customer Satisfaction, and Financial Security.
• Collaborate with corporate functions, outside consultants, and agencies.
• Participate in on-call rotation and respond to work-related needs within defined timeframes.
