Qualifications

• Master's in social services with CA license (LMFT/LCSW/LPCC or RN).
• 4 years in administrative management in inpatient psychiatric health care.
• 2 years supervising professional staff, budgeting, and licensing.
• Knowledge of community mental health services and recovery philosophy.
• Must be 21 years or older.
• CPR, First Aid, and CPI certifications required at start or before direct care.
• Post-offer requirements include background checks, TB test, and licensing verification.
• Driver license and car insurance required if driving.

Responsibilities
