Job summary

Flytrex Inc. is seeking a Site Infrastructure & Launch Manager for the DFW region. Based in Lewisville, TX, you will own each new drone-site from approval through first delivery and into stable operations.

You will build the critical path across site readiness, power infrastructure, permitting, flight operations, and partner readiness, acting as the on-ground launch captain to drive decisions. You will manage electrical build-out, utility coordination, and energization, coordinating licensed

Qualifications

• 5+ years in operations, launch, deployment, or logistics with fixed go-live dates.
• 3+ years hands-on electrical or power infrastructure field experience.
• Working knowledge of NEC and ability to read one-line diagrams and panel schedules.
• Experience coordinating with utilities, city inspectors, and licensed electricians.
• Experience writing scopes, bids, and managing vendors to drawings, budget, and dates.
• Strong field judgment and ability to switch between executive updates and site detail.

Responsibilities

• Own new sites from approval through launch and stable operations.
• Build critical-path plans for site readiness, power, permits, operations, staffing, and partners.
• Act as on-ground launch captain to clear blockers and present options to leadership.
• Enforce go/no-go criteria for infrastructure, safety, and flight readiness; run checkouts.
• Lead post-launch reviews to update playbooks for future rollouts.
• Assess candidate sites for power, access, permitting before lease signing.
