Job summary

Flytrex Inc. is scaling backyard drone delivery in the DFW area and beyond. The Site Infrastructure & Launch Manager leads each new site from approval through first delivery, overseeing power, permits, flight ops, and partner readiness.

You own the critical path, coordinate utilities, and manage licensed electricians to energize the site before the first drone flies. You will act as the ground launch captain, driving decision-ready options to leadership and enforcing go/no-go criteria across

Qualifications

• 5+ years leading complex site launches with fixed go-live dates.
• Hands-on electrical or power infrastructure experience in commercial/industrial settings.
• Experience with utility coordination, permits, inspections, and contractor management.
• Strong field judgment; ability to balance executive updates with site-level detail.

Responsibilities

• Own new sites from approval through launch and stable ops.
• Build critical-path plans for power, permits, ops, staffing, and partners.
• Serve as on-ground launch captain, clearing blockers and escalating options.
• Enforce go/no-go criteria for infrastructure, safety, and flight readiness.
• Lead post-launch reviews and update playbooks for future rollouts.
• Manage contractors and budgets to drawings, budget, and dates.
