Job summary

Flytrex Inc. is seeking a Site Infrastructure & Launch Manager for the DFW area. You will own each site from approval through first delivery, coordinating electrical build-out, permits, and flight readiness to ensure on-time go-lives.

Responsibilities include building critical path plans, managing vendors and budgets, and serving as the on-ground launch captain to resolve blockers and drive leadership decisions. This role requires field readiness and Texas regulatory experience.

Qualifications

• 5+ years leading complex site launches with multi-team alignment.
• 3+ years in electrical/power infrastructure field work and coordination with electricians.
• Strong knowledge of NEC and permitting processes in Texas.
• Experience with utility coordination, vendor management, and budgets.

Responsibilities

• Own new sites from approval through launch and stable operations.
• Build critical path plans for power, permits, operations, staffing, and partners.
• Act as on-ground launch captain and escalate decision-ready options.
• Enforce go/no-go criteria for infrastructure, safety, and flight readiness.
• Lead post-launch reviews and update playbooks for future rollouts.
• Coordinate with utilities, inspectors, and landlords to secure approvals.
