Job summary

StaffGreat.com seeks Deployment Strategists to own the journey from deal closure to customer thriving for startup clients in New York. You will design deployment frameworks, run playbooks, and coordinate across Sales, Product, Engineering, and Customer Success to ensure smooth handoffs.

You will monitor velocity and adoption, identify blockers early, and translate rollout learnings into product or process improvements. This is a fast-paced, high-ownership role at a growing company.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience in implementation, deployment, or operations roles.
• Strong project management instincts and ability to juggle multiple pieces.
• Excellent communication skills with engineers, customers, and stakeholders at varying levels.
• Comfort with reading dashboards and acting on data.

Responsibilities

• Own deployment strategy – design framework, timeline, and success metrics.
• Build repeatable playbooks from high-touch rollouts.
• Partner cross-functionally with Sales, Product, Engineering, and Customer Success.
• Spot and de-risk problems early during deployments.
• Track deployment velocity, time-to-value, and adoption metrics.
