Job summary

Flow Engineering, Inc. is seeking a Deployment Strategist to turn signed deals into sustained usage. You will deploy across multiple accounts, migrating from legacy tools, configuring Flow, redesigning workflows, training teams, and driving change management with both customers and engineers.

This role sits at the intersection of sales, engineering, and customer success. You’ll partner with software-focused engineers and help shape the deployment playbook for future hires, with in-person

Qualifications

Must have real customer-facing work experience.
Experience with hardware programs and deployments is a plus.
Ability to drive multi-team deployments with clear milestones and outcomes.

Responsibilities

Run deployments end to end: kickoff, migration, configuration, workflow redesign, training, and adoption.
Drive organizational change inside customer engineering orgs: identify champions, remove blockers, ensure long-term adoption.
Define success metrics for deployments; monitor adoption and renewal risk.
Design each customer Flow setup around their programs and coordinate with deployment engineers.
Be the product team’s eyes and ears in the field; translate deployment learnings into product improvements.
