Job summary

Flow is seeking a Deployment Strategist to turn a signed deal into real, sustained usage across a portfolio of accounts. You’ll sit at the intersection of sales, engineering, and the customer, owning deployment—from migration and configuration to training and change management—that turns skeptics into daily Flow users.

• Proven ability to drive organizational change and adoption.
• Experience working with hardware programs and cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Run deployments end to end: kickoff, migration, configuration, training, and adoption.
• Drive organizational change inside customer engineering orgs and ensure adoption sticks after you leave.
• Define success metrics for each deployment and monitor adoption and renewal risk.
• Design each customer's Flow setup around their programs and coordinate integration work with deployment engineers.
• Be the field's eyes and ears for the product team, shaping the next build based on deployments.
• Partner with sales and account teams to surface expansion opportunities.
• Help build deployment playbooks, guides, and training materials for future teams.
