Job summary

Wellington Management in Boston seeks a Latin America Relationship Manager to support the Americas Institutional Group and independently lead a portfolio of institutional client and distribution-partner relationships across Latin America.

The Relationship Manager will partner with Business Development and work with investment teams, Legal, Compliance, Operations, and other partners to ensure high-quality client outcomes.

Qualifications

• Broad investment knowledge and ability to represent multiple portfolios.
• Executive presence and strong written/presentational skills.
• Fluency in written and spoken Spanish; travel up to 50%.

Responsibilities

• Lead client and distribution-partner engagements across Latin America.
• Develop understanding of client objectives, review needs, and servicing expectations.
• Serve as central point of contact across institutional relationships and platforms.
• Lead senior-level investment dialogue across fixed income, equity, multi-asset, and allocations.
• Coordinate internal stakeholders to ensure timely client deliverables.
