Job summary

Wellington Management seeks a Latin America Relationship Manager to independently lead a portfolio of institutional client and distribution-partner relationships across Latin America. You will partner with Business Development, investment teams and Compliance to drive retention, growth and superior client outcomes.

The role requires deep region knowledge, executive presence, and fluency in Spanish, with travel up to 50%. Base compensation includes a wide range with a strong total rewards package.

Qualifications

• Fluency in Spanish (written and spoken).
• Executive presence and ability to engage external audiences.
• Strong written communication and presentation skills.
• Broad investment knowledge across fixed income, equity, multi-asset and asset allocation.

Responsibilities

• Lead client and distribution-partner engagements across Latin America.
• Understand client objectives, decision-making structures and servicing needs.
• Coordinate internal partners and onboard new accounts.
• Lead senior-level investment dialogue and respond to client inquiries across portfolios.
• Drive retention and cross-selling opportunities with regional clients.
