Job summary

Wellington Management is seeking a dynamic Relationship Analyst to join the Americas Institutional Group in the Boston office, supporting the Eastern US region. You will work with Business Developers and Relationship Managers to sustain opportunities across institutional channels.

Responsibilities include preparing presentations, coordinating client communications, and maintaining data in internal systems, while engaging with product, legal, risk, and portfolio teams to deliver timely responses

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree or progress toward CAIA/CFA/MBA is a plus
• 2-5 years of relevant client service experience, preferably with institutional or wealth clients
• Solid understanding of capital markets and/or investment products
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and judgment; professional demeanor and teamwork

Responsibilities

• Prepare high-impact client/prospect presentations and materials
• Participate in client, consultant, and prospect meetings and conference calls
• Conduct analysis and respond to internal/external inquiries on topics including fees, markets and investments
• Coordinate client communications and reporting with internal teams
• Maintain client data in internal systems and support pipeline development
• Qualify and coordinate RFIs, DDQs and RFPs with cross-functional teams
• Develop understanding of Wellington Management's investment approaches for institutional clients
