Job summary

PIMCO is seeking an Account Manager, Latin America to join the Latin America & Caribbean Institutional business team. This client-facing role will focus on supporting and growing relationships with institutional investors across Latin America, including pension funds, central banks, insurance companies, and single-family offices.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Approximately 5-10 years of asset management or related experience.
• Fluency in Spanish and English for client meetings and discussions.
• Active FINRA Series 7, 63, and 3 licenses required.
• Strong knowledge of fixed income markets and investment solutions.

Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and deepen relationships with institutional investors across Latin America.
• Drive growth through client-specific strategies and cross-sell investment solutions.
• Conduct meetings, portfolio reviews, and discussions in Spanish and English.
• Travel to client sites; expectation is about one to two trips per quarter.
• Collaborate with portfolio managers and product strategists to deliver tailored solutions.
