Job summary

Wellington Management is seeking a Relationship Analyst in Boston to support the Americas Institutional Group within Client Platform Institutional Sales. The role collaborates with Business Developers and Relationship Managers to service institutional clients and consultants across the Eastern US.

You will analyze accounts, coordinate reporting, and help prepare client materials while maintaining data integrity and supporting RFI/DDQ/RFP responses.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of relevant client service experience in investment management or institutional/wealth contexts.
• Experience working with institutional or wealth clients is a plus.
• Solid understanding of capital markets and investment products, with intellectual curiosity.
• Self-motivated, proactive, and able to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced, global team.

Responsibilities

• Prepare high-impact client and prospect presentation materials, briefings, collateral, meeting notes, and follow-ups.
• Participate in client, consultant, and prospect meetings and calls as appropriate.
• Analyze client accounts, conduct investigations, respond to inquiries, and support information requests.
• Coordinate prospect reporting, onboarding data, and ad hoc requests with Product Management, Legal, Finance, and other teams.
• Maintain client data in internal systems and support pipeline development.
