Wellington Management in Boston seeks a proactive Relationship Analyst to join the Americas Institutional Group. This role supports Business Developers and Relationship Managers, focusing on Eastern US, coordinating client and consultant opportunities and maintaining data across systems.

You will work across product management, legal, risk, and client reporting teams; develop client materials, participate in meetings, and help build a strong pipeline while upholding a high standard of service

Qualifikationen

• 2-5 years of client service experience, preferably in investment management.
• Solid understanding of capital markets and investment products.
• Proactive, organized, able to manage multiple projects in a global team.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving skills, and sound judgment.
• Bachelor’s degree required; CAIA/CFA/MBA a plus; Excel and Salesforce preferred.

Aufgaben

• Prepare high impact presentations and meeting materials for clients and prospects.
• Participate in client, consultant and prospect meetings and calls.
• Analyze client accounts, respond to inquiries, and coordinate RFIs/DDQs/RFPs.
• Coordinate client communications and act as liaison between clients and internal teams.
• Maintain client data and support pipeline development with product, legal and risk teams.
