Qualifications

• 2 years of direct experience in conflicts or new business intake, or experience in a ticketing system.
• Paralegal background preferred and ability to present information clearly.
• Excellent written and verbal business communication skills with good judgment.

Responsibilities

• Conducts research and analyzes the corporate business structure and history of potential clients.
• Reviews, analyzes, interprets, and summarizes complex conflicts search results for reporting.
• Generates conflict reports and follows up on requests.
• Performs quality control checks of conflict reports prior to delivery.
• Provides a foundational understanding of potential business and ethical conflicts to Analysts and Counsel, and assists in resolution.
• Communicates with partners to assist in processing lateral candidate requests.
