Job summary

The Toro Company is seeking a Regional Business Manager to drive sales and profitability across Latin America and the Caribbean. You will develop and execute plans for Commercial Golf Grounds and irrigation products, leveraging distributor networks and cross-functional partnerships.

Ideal candidates have 10+ years in sales/marketing with a strategic mindset, strong Spanish skills, and a proven ability to lead teams, manage programs, and travel up to 50% to grow market share.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business or marketing; MBA preferred.
• Advanced proficiency in Spanish, both oral and written.
• 10+ years of sales & marketing experience with multiple channels.
• Ability to develop and execute annual business and sales plans.
• Strong written and verbal communication for complex negotiations.
• Lead cross-functional teams to achieve objectives.
• Data-based analytics to drive programs and promotions.

Responsibilities

• Lead sales team planning and provide mentorship and reviews.
• Develop annual business plans to meet sales and profitability goals.
• Coordinate monthly/quarterly/annual sales projections across product groups.
• Identify new opportunities and develop distributor programs.
• Provide field support and training to distributors and sales staff.
• Travel approximately 50% to manage markets and relationships.
