Job summary

The Toro Company is seeking a Regional Business Manager to drive annual sales and profitability for Latin America and the Caribbean from our Bloomington, MN HQ. The role focuses on coordinating product sales across Commercial Golf, Irrigation, and related offerings through distributors and cross-functional partners.

You will develop sales plans, coach a regional team, and expand market share while maintaining strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Must have advanced proficiency in Spanish, both oral and written form.
• ~10+ years of combined sales & marketing experience managing business plans and P&Ls with multiple channels of distribution.
• Proven ability to develop and execute annual business and sales account plans.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement regional sales plans for Latin America and Caribbean.
• Lead and mentor the sales staff; provide direction to distributors and cross-functional teams.
• Drive market growth by identifying opportunities and expanding the distribution channel.
