Feedzai is seeking a Regional Account Manager for LATAM to drive retention and growth across a portfolio of financial clients. This fully remote role in Brazil combines relationship management with a strategic growth mindset to transform satisfaction into measurable business expansion.

You will manage onboarding through renewal, monitor adoption and health KPIs, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to align solutions with client goals.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in a customer-facing role including issue resolution and stakeholder management.
• Strong understanding of fraud prevention space (Banks/Acquirers preferred).
• Ability to analyze data and provide actionable insights.
• Results-driven with a focus on customer satisfaction.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, able to convey technical concepts to varied audiences.
• Fluent in English (written and verbal).

Responsibilities

• Oversee the full customer lifecycle from onboarding to renewal.
• Monitor adoption, usage, and satisfaction KPIs (NPS, CSAT, Health Score).
• Proactively prevent churn and secure timely renewals.
• Identify upsell and expansion opportunities within existing accounts.
• Present business cases and ROI analyses for new implementations or extensions.
• Conduct regular QBRs with executives to showcase value and results.
