Palm Outsourcing is looking for an experienced Operations Professional to handle their LatAm payout network for one of the fastest-scaling remittance fintechs. This role involves a hands-on IC seat with responsibilities ranging from monitoring payment corridors to building operational governance frameworks. A minimum of 5 years in operations is required alongside fluency in English and Spanish, and experience in emerging markets.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in operations, finance, or technology at a startup or high-growth tech company.
• Demonstrated end-to-end project ownership with technical teams.
• Full professional fluency in English and Spanish, written and verbal.
• Direct experience operating in LatAm markets.

Responsibilities

• Lead monitoring and improvement across LatAm payment corridors.
• Define, track, and report operational KPIs that drive corridor health.
• Own third-party payout partner relationships across markets.
• Troubleshoot corridor issues and drive structural fixes.
• Build governance frameworks, dashboards, and reporting.
• Partner with Product and Engineering on scalable system builds.
